“My armor weighs too much!”, and other concerns

New houserule, to replace the two previous houserules on helmets.

Labyrinth Lord, p. 15

Armor (sigh, except shields) includes a helmet. It weighs five pounds. If you buy a set of armor without a helmet, reduce the cost by 10 SC, and the weight by five pounds. If you have a helmet, but you just don’t have it with you, the armor costs the same, but you get to reduce your encumbrance by five pounds.

If you’re wearing armor without a helmet, you take a Critical Hit on a natural 19 or a 20. Probably you should take a Saving Throw penalty as well, but I’m not a monster.
