Hadukannaš Day One (Summer)

Two Clerics, a Fighter, a Magic User, and a Rogue head out west from the town of Bridgeford. A few miles away from town, the gently rolling farmland is the site of an ambush from a handful of Chaos Brutes. They kill one of the Clerics, and inflict significant “battle-axe adjacent personal injury” to the remainder of the team. Until the Magic-User remembers they can cast spells.

The remaining Brutes take a long nap, which gets loner and more earthy (if you follow) when several of the more practical members of the group employ tiny blades to great effect.

The Cleric’s corpse, personal equipment, as well as the personal belongings of the Brutes (weapons, armor) become personal property of the group, who return to town to donate them to Father Rhall at the church. Still, at least the group can count on the Magic-User not making such a rookie mistake in the future.
